A yoga teacher is always a student of yoga. After 16 years of practice, i've realized the biggest thing I've learned is that there is so much more to know. The journey of spirituality has no ending, but the path is so interesting to me, that I can't help but walk it. And now my life's biggest passion is taking my students on this exciting journey with me. 

I was fascinated by yoga from a very young age, in fact I remember befriending a guru when I was seven years old. Though I had always been a spiritual person, I didn't actually surrender to yoga until I was thirty-six. I ran a private yoga practice in Toronto, Canada for 6 years and for the past 8 years, I've been teaching at the Golden Door Spa in North County San Diego.
